Cependant en France, la plupart des apiculteurs s\u02bcaccorde \u00e0 dire qu\u2019il ne faut pas d\u00e9passer une teneur en eau de plus de 18 %. Au-del\u00e0, le risque de fermentation est bien r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si votre miel est trop humide, vous pouvez faire baisser sa teneur en eau en d\u00e9shumidifiant l\u2019air ambiant. Vous pouvez analyser l\u2019humidit\u00e9 de l\u2019air avec un hygrom\u00e8tre. Le seuil est de 60 %. Si l\u2019\u00e9chantillon de miel a un pourcentage d\u2019eau de moins de 18%, il se conservera sans probl\u00e8me.<br \/>\nLe r\u00e9fractom\u00e8tre \u00e0 miel doit se v\u00e9rifier au moins une fois par an avant le d\u00e9but de la saison. Pour r\u00e9aliser cette v\u00e9rification, il faudra utiliser une solution de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9talonnage.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Comment r\u00e9gler un r\u00e9fractom\u00e8tre \u00e0 miel ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seuls certains types de r\u00e9fractom\u00e8tre \u00e0 miel de poche ont besoin d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9talonn\u00e9s manuellement avant chaque saison. Il n\u2019est pas rare qu\u2019un \u00e9chantillon d\u2019huile frigorifique soit fourni avec. Si vous ne poss\u00e9dez pas de liquide d\u2019\u00e9talonnage, utiliser de l\u2019huile d\u2019olive extra-vierge est une m\u00e9thode simple et tout aussi fiable pour \u00e9talonner un r\u00e9fractom\u00e8tre. Les deux solutions pourront vous permettre d\u2019atteindre de 71\u00b0Brix et 27%HG.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour ce faire, veuillez suivre les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/li>\n<li>Nettoyer le prisme.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser quelques gouttes d\u2019huile d\u2019olive ou frigorifique sur ce dernier.<\/li>\n<li>Rabattre le volet du r\u00e9fractom\u00e8tre \u00e0 miel sur le prisme.
